Project Manager Localization, Google Devices and Services Marketing (TVC)
Opportunity to join Google s Devices and Services Marketing team supporting localization across all consumer hardware products. The team works across Pixel phones, Nest Home products, and Google services such as Google One, Google Fi and Stadia. This diverse team is responsible for driving forward localization across various marketing assets types to enable our consumer hardware to be marketed across the globe. Key Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong project management skills required
- Project manage localization requests end-to-end, identify process improvements and collaborate with global and regional resources to deliver high quality localization.
Responsible for all aspects of the projects managed, including project planning, routing of assets for local approvals, content management, quality and provision of status reports.
Cross-functionally collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Retail, Production and Engineering teams across the globe to deliver high quality localization on multiple platforms.
Review, prioritize, and track the progress of bugs and queries that affect localized product content relevancy, quality, and functionality.
Manages Localization Program Manager and stakeholder s needs and expectations, responding with clear communication and in a timely manner.
Responsible for documenting all project-specific processes and guidelines, ensuring that they are updated on a regular basis and are available to all relevant stakeholders.
Identifies areas in the localization workflow that could be optimized and escalates any issues as appropriate.
4+ years experience as a project manager within the creative, localization, technology or marketing/advertising industries.
Detail-oriented, quality-focused, flexible and proactive.
Strong ability to work independently and to manage and own projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with multiple and diverse stakeholders cross-functionally across continents.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
