The purpose of this position is to complete initial candidate screening, conduct telephone screens and schedule in-person interviews for multiple departments (i.e. warehouse departments, return center, etc.) within the Distribution Center.

- be at least 20 years old
- have a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
- have a year experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills or equivalent experience
- have a willingness to work a variable work schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- be able to successfully complete battery of Clerical & Microsoft Skills Tests be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- be able to handle confidentiality
- be detail oriented

- current Orlando Distribution associate
- have a Bachelor’s degree in Business
- have experience with interviewing
