The purpose of this position is to complete initial candidate screening, conduct telephone screens and schedule in-person interviews for multiple departments (i.e. warehouse departments, return center, etc.) within the Distribution Center.

  • be at least 20 years old
  • have a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
  • have a year experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills or equivalent experience
  • have a willingness to work a variable work schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
  • be able to successfully complete battery of Clerical & Microsoft Skills Tests be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • be able to handle confidentiality
  • be detail oriented
  • have analytical skills
  • have communication skills
  • have decision making skills
  • have effective listening skills
  • have excellent customer service skills
  • have organization skills
  • have time management skills
  • have computer skills – proficient using computer applications including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • current Orlando Distribution associate
  • have a Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • have experience with interviewing
